From Rt. 360 between Warsaw and the Downing Bridge, take Route 624/Newland Road.
Proceed on Newland Rd. for 4.2 miles, then turn LEFT onto Strangeway/Route 636.
Proceed for 1/4 mile, then turn RIGHT onto Sandy Lane/Route 640.
Proceed for about 1 mile, then turn LEFT onto the Refuge.
